Welcome to Breitz!® Wear, designed by a real rider with a real rider problem. Founded by Bruce
Tretter, a lifelong cyclist and safety advocate, Breitz!® Wear’s
mission is to revolutionize cycling and running apparel through high-visibility,
driver-respectful performance wear.
With its signature road-safety message — “6 Feet, Thanks!”® — Breitz!®
promotes mutual respect and visibility between drivers, cyclists,
runners, and walkers. What began as a local idea to encourage safer passing
distance has grown into a national road-safety movement that both
drivers and riders appreciate with a thumbs-up, a kind wave, or the question: “Where’d
you get that shirt?”
Join us as we run, walk, pedal, and roll to make our roads safer
for all — one bright, bold step at a time.
Be Bright. Be Seen. Be Breitz!®
