Welcome to Breitz! Wear, designed by a real rider with a real rider problem. Founded by Bruce Tretter, a lifelong cyclist and safety enthusiast, Breitz! Wear’s mission is to revolutionize cycling apparel with a simple yet powerful message: Move 6 feet over!
Inspired by the social distancing guidelines of the pandemic, Bruce recognized the opportunity to translate this concept into a tangible form of road safety awareness. By incorporating the message onto the back of brightly colored shirts, we are telling drivers to give cyclists the space they need to ride safely.
We believe that wearing our gear is more than just a fashion statement — it’s a movement toward safer roads for cyclists everywhere. We hope you’ll join us as we pedal toward spreading the message: 6 feet, thanks!
