To the untrained eye: theatrical play - performance wear? What's the link?
Exactly and it never would've dawned on me - until last Friday when my good sis' Nanc' and I went to see our local - and outstanding - Hickory Community Theater put on "Barbecue" in the theater's intimately close Fireman's Kitchen (the theater building is the former Hickory City Hall).
The play: full-on "in your face". Breitz! performance wear: full-on bright color and driver respectful messaging made to improve road safety for all. Both get their message across disruptively, use wit to connect with their audience and stay on message. That message for both the play and Breitz!: "We're in this together and need each other to stay alive!"
The play, unfortunately, is over in Hickory. Breitz! - ha! We're just getting started.
